Come join NSA HR - Northwest MWR for our annual Grunt Run & Runt Grunt on Saturday, October 3 at the Northwest Parade Grounds.

The Runt Grunt kids’ obstacle course is a one mile, scaled down version of the Grunt Run, but equally as fun. The Runt Grunt course is open at 9 AM and the Grunt Run will begin at 10 AM. The Runt Grunt is for kids ages 12 and younger and the Grunt Run is open to participants ages 13 and older.
