Splash N' Dash
Dive into the ultimate fitness challenge with Dam Neck MWR Fitness. Join us at Dam Neck Beach on Friday, June 26 for our Splash N’ Dash event. Check-in will be located at beach “walk-over 6” lifeguard stand and will begin at 9 AM with the event starting at 10 AM. Athletes will swim 500 yards in the open water and then run 1.5-miles on the beach. Stay after the event to collect your finisher medal and enjoy some music. Food and drinks will be provided.
